DIY Bunny Plate

Easter is almost here and we've got the perfect projects for you and your guests this year! In this tutorial, we show you how to easily create an adorable dessert plate with our Mesh Stencils and Ceramic Paint!

A Makers' Studio Products Needed:
Mesh Stencil - 2 Pack - Folk Art
Mesh Stencil - Alphabet A-M
Ceramic Paint - You're The Water To My Ocean
Artist Brush
Other Products Needed:
Small Ceramic Plate

Step 1: Start by cutting out your stencils. Then place the Folk Art bunny centered onto the plate.

Step 2: Load your Artist Brush with You're The Water To My Ocean Ceramic Paint, then brush onto the stencil. Be sure to apply enough pressure to push the paint through the mesh.

Step 3: Remove the stencil and wash immediately with lukewarm water.

Step 4: Once dry to the touch, use one of the details from the Alphabet A-M stencil, placing under the bunny and repeat steps 1-3.

Step 5: Continue to build on the design by continuing the pattern around the bunny while also adding the floral detail from the Folk Art stencil diagonal from the bunny. Then place the plate in a cool oven and heat to 325° for 35 minutes. Allow to cool inside the oven.
