A Makers’ Studio offers a one hundred percent (100%) fifteen-day money back guarantee to all customers. If you have purchased the product and are unhappy with how our product performs, you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com within 15 days of the receiving of the order. Returns will not be accepted without first contacting the Home Office directly in writing. Return requests must include the order number and reason for return.
All returns must receive prior approval and delivery instructions for transport from the Home Office. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to the warehouse.
Once the item has been received in the warehouse and is deemed to be unopened and in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to the account minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact the Home Office at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receipt if shipment is damaged or defective. Photographic proof of both the packaging and the damaged or defective product is required. The support team will individually review every request and proceed accordingly with each individual submission. Merchandise deemed damaged or defective will be 1) refunded to the customer or 2) replaced, at the discretion of the Home Office.
CANCELLATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO ORDERS PLACED
Once an order has been placed. You will not be able to make modifications to that order. If you absolutely need assistance, please email email@example.com immediately and they will review your request as quickly as possible during office hours (M-F 8am-5pm CST) and assist on a case by case basis.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day notice.
